Terms & Conditions: Attendance, Cancellations & Credits

1. Attendee Cancellations & Credits

If you are unable to attend an Interact Marketing Ltd (RAISE) event, please notify us in writing at contact@raisewomensport.com

  • 15+ Days Notice: Cancellations received at least 15 days prior to the event start date will receive a credit note for the registration fee paid, less a £100 + VAT administration fee.
  • Within 14 Days Notice (excluding final 48 hours): Cancellations received within 14 days of the event start date will receive a credit note for 50% of the registration fee paid, less a £100 + VAT administration fee.
  • Within 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations received within 48 hours of the event start date will be charged the full amount and shall not receive any credit towards future events.
  • Virtual Events: All sales for virtual-only events are final. No refunds or credits will be issued.
  • Credit Validity: Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be applied toward any future non-invitation-only RAISE event.

2. Substitutions

You may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organisation at any point prior to the event start date at no additional cost, pending approval by RAISE. Please notify us of the name change in writing to ensure credentials and access are updated.

3. Event Postponement or Cancellation by RAISE

  • Postponement: If RAISE is required to postpone an event for any reason, your registration will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, you may request a credit note for the full value of your registration (valid for 12 months).
  • Cancellation: In the event that Interact Marketing Ltd cancels an event entirely without rescheduling, a full refund of the registration fee paid (including VAT) will be issued to the original payment method.

4. VAT & Fees

All registration fees and administrative charges are subject to UK VAT at the prevailing rate.

RAISE is not responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs incurred by attendees in the event of a cancellation or postponement.
